Each item is handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your item ships. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer—details will be provided during checkout or via email.

💸 Duties & Taxes (for Canada & Mexico)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

📮 You will receive notification when your order ships and another when your order is delivered. If you received a delivery notification but did not receive your package, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately (within 1 or 2 days). If you do not contact us immediately, we take no responsibility for your loss. We are also not responsible for theft of delivered packages.

❗ Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sewyarnique.com within 3 days of delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🔄 Returns

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at info@sewyarnique.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

✉️ How to Start a Return

Before returning any item for exchange or refund, you must contact us. Please email us at info@sewyarnique.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Order #]

We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Additional Information:

• You are responsible for the return shipping. We recommend using a service that offers shipment tracking and insurance.

• Once your item is received, we will process your refund or exchange.

• It may take 7-10 business days from the date a refund is issued for the credit to appear on your account.

Handmade with the softest 100% chenille yarn and Eco-friendly, Hypo-Allergenic FiberFil. Some of the plushies are made with what is commonly referred to as 'safety eyes' and/or button embellishments.

While the greatest care has been taken regarding the use of safety eyes and/or button embellishments, we advise to inspect for loose eyes and/or embellishments often. Product such as these may not be suitable for children under the age of 3 years. (We do offer a wide selection of loveys with felt or embroidered eyes instead for this age range.)

These are not intended for pets and are not chew-proof.

Thank you for giving a loving home to one of our handmade crochet creations! To help your plushie stay cozy, clean, and cute for years to come, follow these gentle care guidelines:

💧 Spot Cleaning (Recommended)

• Use a damp cloth or soft toothbrush with mild soap and water.

• Gently blot or brush the soiled area—avoid rubbing, as it can fuzz or distort the yarn.

• Air dry flat, reshaping if needed.

🛁 Hand Washing (Only If Really Necessary)

• Fill a sink or bowl with cool water and a small amount of gentle detergent (like baby shampoo or wool wash).

• Submerge the plushie and gently squeeze (don’t wring!) to clean.

• Rinse thoroughly in cool water.

• Press out excess water with a clean towel and lay flat to dry, reshaping as needed.

🚫 What to Avoid

• Do not put in the washer or dryer—machine agitation can unravel stitches or distort the shape.

• Avoid bleach, fabric softener, or harsh detergents.

• Keep away from pets who like to chew!
